A few things to know
Can I leave it running while I am away?
No. This toy is for supervised pet play. Stay nearby, inspect the feather and attachments before each session, and put the toy away when you cannot supervise. Keep the laser beam away from eyes.
Will every cat enjoy it?
Cats have different preferences. Start slowly and allow your cat to approach at their own pace. Interest and play behavior will vary.
What is included?
One UFO cat toy in your selected color, its feather teaser assembly and a USB charging cable. These are the standard versions without a catnip ball.
What are the shipping cost and delivery time?
Shipping is calculated by package weight at checkout. Standard Delivery is US$5 for 0–0.5 kg and US$10 for 0.501–0.99 kg. Orders are normally prepared in 1–2 business days, with estimated transit of 7–12 business days after processing. See our shipping policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos. We will review the issue under our refund policy. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted after shipment, subject to applicable consumer rights.
